• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Comrad’s Terms, YARRA Radiology’s Terms apply to the extent of your relationship with us, and Comrad’s Terms apply to your use of their platform.
• You acknowledge that the Booking System is operated by an independent provider whose privacy practices apply in addition to ours.

5.2         By using the Booking System, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including referral and contact details;
• Authorise YARRA Radiology and the Booking System provider to use that information for scheduling, correspondence, and patient management;
• Understand that all online bookings are subject to confirmation by YARRA Radiology and may be modified or rescheduled for operational or clinical reasons; and
• Comply with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, including any applicable fees.

5.3         A confirmed booking does not guarantee clinical suitability, referral validity, or Medicare/private-insurance eligibility. All services remain subject to our professional assessment and regulations.

5.4         YARRA Radiology is not responsible for any interruption, delay, data loss, or unavailability of the Booking System arising from third-party technical faults.

6. Portal Access & User Obligations

6.1 Account Access

• We provide secure online access (“Portal Access”) via Sectra AB or its affiliates and Zed Technologies Pty Ltd for referrers, doctors, and patients to view or transmit clinical information. Access is granted solely for legitimate clinical or personal purposes related to patient care.

6.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share or transfer your Portal Access.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We may suspend or revoke access if unauthorised or inappropriate use is suspected.

6.3 Permitted Use
Use of the Portal is limited to:
(a) Viewing or downloading your own medical information (patients); or
(b) Accessing reports and images for legitimate clinical management (referrers and doctors).

6.4 Prohibited Use
You must not:
(a) Access information not intended for you;
(b) Use or disclose any health information unlawfully;
(c) Copy or distribute Portal content for non-clinical purposes; or
(d) Introduce malware or harmful code.

6.5 Data Integrity & Security
YARRA Radiology takes reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy and security, but you acknowledge that:
(a) Online systems may experience downtime; and
(b) YARRA Radiology is not liable for temporary unavailability or unauthorised access beyond our control.

6.7 Sectra AB and Zed Technologies Terms of Use
By using these portals, you also agree to comply with Sectra AB and Zed Technologies Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your access to their system.
YARRA Radiology is not responsible for any technical issues or data use outside our control once transmitted through that platform.
