Joel has represented businesses from both sides of the table from senior leadership roles, including as a technical director for a multinational ISP/MSP, appointments as outsourced CIO, then as Head of IT for individual businesses. With a focus on delivering excellent service, cyber security, and a smooth IT experience to staff and patients, Joel has helped design, implement, and support the systems for Yarra radiology.
