James brings over 25 years of experience in both clinical and senior management roles across the public and private healthcare sectors, with a focus on diagnostic imaging. With all operational considerations, James places patients and referring practitioners as the first priority and subsequently, his passion lies in delivering optimal outcomes for both patients and referring practitioners through a combination of strategic leadership and personalised service.
James works directly with the Executive Team and Director to optimise processes and protocols, operational and legislative governance, compliance, practice accreditation, quality control and risk management.
As well as overseeing practice operations, James meets clinicians and enjoys meeting with referring doctors to understand their individual clinical and service needs. He considers his time fostering these connections is of great importance to seek valuable feedback to guide processes and apply continued improvement to ensure the practice upholds its commitment to the very highest standards of service and patient care. He welcomes contact for referrer enquiries, clinical matters, business opportunities, and feedback.
James is a proud Dad of four amazing kids, has a passion for life, travelling overseas, and actively participating in various water sports, ice hockey and motorsport.
